Jess David Joins CN4 as VP

We are very excited to announce that Jess David is joining CN4 Partners as a Vice President. She will focus her boundless energy on providing campaigns or progressive organizations with compelling strategic advice and exceptional media products that win elections.

For those of you new to our list, CN4 Partners is a full-service Democratic media and strategy firm with offices in Seattle, Houston, and now the eastern seaboard.

Jess David was born and raised in New England politics; her first campaign volunteering gig was when she was 6 years old! Since then, it was clear her passion for electoral politics would take her to some of the hardest campaigns in the Northeast and beyond.

In 2014, she helped Gina Raimondo become Rhode Island’s first female governor. Jess moved down south and in 2017 was the field director for the Virginia House Democratic Caucus, picking up 15 seats in the House of Delegates (the largest Democratic gain in VA since the 1800s). At the DCCC in 2018, Jess’ region picked up 10 districts, held 3 districts, and won the PA-18 special (Rep. Conor Lamb) in what the New York Times deemed a “wipeout” for the GOP in the Northeast.

In 2020, she led Congresswoman Cindy Axne’s successful re-election campaign in Iowa; one of only seven Democratic House victories in Trump-won districts.

In the last 5 years, Jess David has helped run some of the most successful programs on tough campaigns. She succeeds because she listens to voters, develops strong plans driven by local priorities, and fosters a culture of high-achievement, creativity, and collaboration every step of the way.

At CN4, she will be splitting her time between Washington, DC, and the northeastern United States, yet like all of us will be working nationally.
